I am a live-in landlord with two rooms to let in a semi- detached home in Westbury on Trym. I'm very easy going and not obsessed with "house rules" if any. I expect people to treat it as a home and not just as a crash pad. It has all the normal amenities you would expect- Broadband , washing machine, dryer, dishwish etc. etc. It has a nice sized garden ( with hammock) Both rooms are a reasonable size and in reality the single room is a probably a double.
