We have a large double room available in our home in Westbury-on-Trym. It is perfect for a professional male who is looking for a fully furnished room on a short or long term basis within a more homely environment. We are a couple who are friendly and sociable aged 24 and 26. We are both professionals and work standard hours during weekdays. We normally chill out in the evenings after work (e. g watching tv and going for walks) and are out most of the weekend.

We want the housemate to feel at home so you are more than welcome to use communal areas such as the kitchen/diner and living room as you please. Alternatively if you are a more private individual and like to keep to yourself we understand this and will respect your privacy. The room has been tastefully decorated with a flat screen television and all furniture has been provided. There are effectively two living areas with televisions downstairs so it is ideal if you would prefer to have your own space.

If you are new to the area then WOT is a lovely affluent area of North West Bristol. There are regular buses at the end of the close which take you into the city centre/Clifton and I’ll be happy to assist if you are unsure about the best way to get somewhere. If you use a bike, we have a secure outbuilding in the garden. We are also situated within close proximity of the M5 which is approximately a 10/15 minute drive away. It is also suitable for someone who works at the MoD, Southmead hospital, Airbus, Rolls Royce and Aztec West but who would prefer to live in a leafier suburb.

The rent is £500 per calendar month and all bills such as council tax, water, electricity, gas and broadband are included.

Happy for people to smoke in the garden but not in the house please.
