Lovely home, spacious, low deposit & good location

Don't let the lack of in-house photos put you off. Be assured that the house is well presented and looked after. In fact, the rear garden is being landscaped so will look even better than the current image and it's nearing completion, ready for summer and some relaxation.

We're located close to the Green Pastures Vets so very easy access in and out of Weston Village which can be quite a maze if you're in the middle! Aldi, Tesco Express, M&S food outlet, Costa, Landing Light pub, and a train station are a 10 minute walk away with Morrisons 20 minutes.

About us:
We are a couple in our 30s. We are sociable, yet private, homely but well travelled and we're easy to get on with. There's also a cat that roams around and lives very well so hopefully, you don't suffer from feline allergies.

About you:
You'll be decent, honest person that is clean and tidy. You're happy to keep yourself-to-yourself and you'll enjoy your private time but equally, you are not awkward with conversation.

About the house:
I've let out a couple of different rooms in the house for nearly a decade and have had just 4 people stay in the last 9.5 years which I hope paints a good picture of both the house and ourselves. The house is decently sized meaning it could easily accommodate a second person to rent a room, however, we take a quality over quantity approach so as long as we receive the right person, you can enjoy the space the house has to offer all to yourself. (Well, with us too but you'll see what I mean).
