I will have a furnished double room available in the middle of June as my daughter is moving out. My home is more like a family home as in furnishings and electricals (i. e washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi, Netflix, Now TV etc).
I consider my home to be quite a modern one, although I have recently moved here so am decorating certain parts! The room is a double room, décor is grey and white. Grey double bed, grey blinds, white Ikea furniture - drawers, wardrobe, dressing table & chair, bedside table and lamp.
My daughter will be moving out to move closer to her new job. I have 2 small dogs, Bonnie and Rocky. It is just me and the dogs living here. I’m quite easy going, and young at heart! although I would not allow smoking in my home.
Rocky is scared to meet new people but would be fine once he gets to know you but you would need to be patient with him as it may take a few days! Bonnie loves everyone! They would obviously not be allowed in your room, unless you wanted them to!
As I have said I have all the usual mod cons people want and also a garden, parking etc.. I am 1 minute away from a bus stop and not far from one of the University/college sites.
