Double Room in Period Family Cottage by the Sea

We have available a bright double room overlooking the cottage garden. The room is simple with beamed ceilings, a fireplace and a large window. The room will be yours, and therefore you are free to decorate as you please and make it your own. It currently has a double bed, chest of drawers, and shelving.

The house is a beautiful period cottage. We have recently moved in and it is a work in progress. There are some works underway but nothing major or too disruptive and most should be done by The move in date.

2 minutes walk to the beach, 10 mins walk to town, 20 minutes to the train station.

You will be sharing with myself and my two young children, aged 2 and 5 so you must be happy with children and the noise and toys that go with them. You will have access to communal areas including large bathroom, laundry room, garden, dining room and kitchen. I am happy for you to join in with the chaos or keep yourself to yourself!

I require two references, one from current employer and one character reference from previous landlord or friend.
