Comfortable Double Room, in quiet street.

I live in a Victorian House, converted into 2 flats. I have the first floor flat, joint front door to entrance hall, then individual doors to each flat. There is a small gravelled front garden, that I use.
I have a spacious double bedroom room to let which will be available as of the 12th June 2021.

I'm offering the share of a clean well equipped kitchen, and bathroom facilities.
I do have a pet. An 11 month old kitten, who can run round like a lunatic at times. so you would have to be ok with this.

The flat is placed in a quiet residential street, in the Milton area. With parking on the road outside of the property.
It is about 2 miles to the centre of town, which is a 10-15 minuet walk. Or a short bus ride. Around 4 miles from the hospital.
We are one street away from the local bus route, small local shops, pub and park.

I am an independent lady in her 60's, I am able to get on with people of all ages.
I have many interests and talents - from craft work to going out. I tend to keep myself to myself, but I am very easy to get on with, and have a gsoh. I like to keep my home clean.

I am looking for a professional person to share my home.
