Near to Station and easy reach of NHS hospital

Covid 19 update-We need to understand your needs and safety in these times and are willing to negotiate on all points for the benefit of both.
We are a respectful and professional couple wishing to rent a double room in our lovely house to same. It is on 3 floors and the double room will have access to it's own bathroom(bath and hand shower).There is a balcony which overlooks a partial sea view(ideal for early morning coffee)and a stepped garden for use and al fresco dining. There is use of a washing machine and space will be made available in fridge and freezer. There is access to a garage and a small amount of space for storage(eg a bicycle).The house is 20 min walk from the main line station which has excellent and frequent links to Bristol(25 min) and beyond. It is 15 min walk to the town centre and 5 min walk to the beach, and 12 min by car to the main NHS hospital(for anyone working at the hospital)There is safe and private off road parking for your car.
We would consider a couple and rent would be adjusted after agreement. We would want to talk and even meet with you first. Thanks for your interest and look forward to discussing further.
