Charming, large double room with en-suite

The Area: Our house is in the beautiful area of Weston, Bath. It’s a five bedroom Georgian property with double garage, parking and very large garden. The area is quiet and close to the country side. The house is on the famous Cotswold Way with incredible views on walks. Weston is by the RUH and easily accessible from both universities, bus and 2 train stations. You walk through Victoria Park and past the Royal Crescent on your way to the town centre. It is on the West side of Bath so is also easy to get to Bristol, M4 and M5.
The House: We have a furnished en-suite double room on its own floor with access to a shared lounge, kitchen, gym and washer/dryer. The room we are offering is large with a king size bed, wardrobe, desk and plenty of storage. The shower room consists of a large power shower, w/c, sink and cabinet. Both rooms were redecorated recently with a new carpet/flooring and bathroom units. The drive has space for you to park.
Us: We are a family used to having a lodger. We both mainly work from home, I’m a theatre director who is currently studying part time. We have 4 children. 2 are at university and our two younger boys (14 and 16) are at home. We have 2 friendly dogs and 4 ducks. We enjoy good food, walks, music and socialising. In his spare time, my husband is a runner and enjoys training on the hills just behind our house. We all love meeting new people.
You: Will suit professional or mature student who would like to live in a friendly, family home. We are looking for quite a social person as we are nearly always at home and sometimes have visitors. However, your room is very quiet and private so there will always be guaranteed space for you to be on your own.
