We're looking for a responsible lodger to take a double room in our 3 bedroom home. Downstairs you will find a well equipped kitchen (washer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven), a guest loo and sink, a storage cupboard for shoes and coats, further under stairs storage, and a spacious living/dining room which opens out onto the garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath, loo and sink (our room has an en suite bathroom).

The house has Amtico flooring throughout, except for the stairs and landing which are carpeted. All windows are double-glazed and there is gas central heating throughout.

Your bedroom is furnished with a double ottoman bed (with under bed storage), new, quality mattress, and a large, double, mirrored cupboard which has ample hanging space, 3 large pull out drawers, pull out hooks, and pull out shoe storage. All you need to bring is your bed linen and your towels. We are at the end of a cul de sac, and it is very quiet and peaceful. We border farms and your bedroom window overlooks trees and shrubs (no neighbours to the front of the house). In the mornings, when you open your window you will hear the birds singing.

There is off street parking. The National Cycle route (Bristol to Bath) is right on our doorstep. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away (177 and 376 buses) which will take you straight into Town (via Bristol Temple Meads to Cabbot Circus) or in the other direction, to Glastonbury or Midsomer Norton. The A37 is easily accessible. A large ASDA, a Co-op, Tesco Express, restaurants, pubs, and Hengrove Leisure Centre are all within a 10 min drive.

The rent includes a cleaner, unlimited superfast fibre broadband, and bills. Short lets considered, but at a higher rate.

About us: We are both professionals (I am an HR Manager and my husband works in Financial Services). We're a very friendly and respectful couple, happy to have a chat over a cuppa when we're around, but equally respectful that you may wish to have quiet time to unwind. We want you to feel happy, comfortable, and at home.
