One upstairs bedroom in my detached cottage, with views towards the Mendip Hills, in a quiet semi rural location. A medium sized single bedroom, together with a newly fitted kitchen, for the lodger's own use.

You will have use of the upstairs bathroom, toilet & shared utility room. The rooms are currently lightly furnished due to last lodgers request. The photos show some furnishing that I can provide, if needed.

The layout of my home, means that the lodger(s) can live independently, with their own kitchen, fridge & freezer.

As the home owner, I live downstairs with my own kitchen, toilet & shower. I also spend quite a lot of the time with my partner who lives across the road. PLEASE NOTE... I have a cat & she can be excluded from the upstairs of the house if required.

I am letting the upstairs part of my home for £650 per month (exc. bills) OR £325 per room if two different people are renting.

This will suit a student or quiet professional woman, sharing the space with a female student who has just moved in.

The shared bills will be gas, electricity & water. I am happy to pay for the broadband, council tax & TV licence.

My home is 15 minutes drive from Bristol Airport & 45 minutes drive from central Bristol.

Strictly no pets, no smokers or no vapers. No heavy drinkers. Preferred quiet person as the newly moved in lodger is a Masters Student.
