We have a good size, furnished, Double room for £500pm available in Winscombe, BS25 1JJ.
Situated 15 mins drive from Bristol Airport, 35 mins from Central Bristol and 20 mins from M5 j21 (WSM)
This is our family home (2 school age boys & well behaved pets), not a party house by any means and is available for single occupancy only, to someone quiet, respectful & tidy, with shared use of Kitchen, Bathroom & garden.
There is space for 1 extra car to park on the driveway.

Situated just by the Strawberry line, 10 mins stroll from the Woodborough Pub and the Thatchers' Railway Inn, in the opposite direction.

We are open to the option of a full 7 day a week occupancy, or a Mon-Fri let with someone needs a base and returns home to family at the weekends. (Rent negotiable if Mon-Fri only let)

The house is nicely up together, spacious and has a lovely big garden and plenty of garage storage space to the side, if needed.
There is driveway space for a 3rd car, if that's needed.
There is, of course, high speed Wi-Fi available throughout.

The room is available for occupancy any time from 1st August.
