The rooms offered are in our family home, it is on a quiet lane overlooking fields. There are amenities within walking/close driving distance., Including the strawberry line, shops, health club, restaurants, country pubs, and lovely walks on the door step. Yatton train station is a five minute drive. There is a separate TV room, which you are welcome if you want Your own space. We are easy going, welcoming and sociable. It is important that you are fond of cats, as we have two ginger toms, who are part of the family. Although there is only one bathroom, there is a separate loo downstairs. My ideal tenants would ideally be female. it’s an old house, so it’s not perfect, it wouldn’t suit someone who wants perfection. We are looking for someone who would enjoy being part of our family, But we are also happy if you want your own space.
