Double Room In Shared Student House In Congresbury

Looking for a student (ideally vet) for the vacant room in our student house. We are all vet students, 3x females going into 4th year and a 2nd year accelerated graduate male.

All easy going, no partiers amongst us though we all like gaming and we are looking for someone similar to join our house.

I don't have any pictures of the house interior to hand however I have attached a video of a walkthrough we were sent by the landlord.
The room available is a downstairs room to the right of the staircase (second room seen in the video) containing a bed, desk and 2x drawers.

House consists of upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, shared kitchen and living room. Large shared driveway for car users (only one car owner in the house presently).

Landlord is willing to consider pets.

Bills are split equally between tenants.
