I have a double room available in my flat on Charlotte Street. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach, Bus Station and The Sandgate. 5 minute walk into the high Street and 10 minute walk to the railway station.
I work Monday to Friday and ideally I'm looking for someone clean and tidy and easy going.
All bills are included. High speed virgin broadband also included. The room is furnished and the bed and mattress are brand new.
The room is on the small side so I don't expect you to stay in it all the time. I'm happy to give you the living room a few nights a week and I'm away at weekends quite a lot also.
