Room available now!

Hi! My flatmate is moving at the start of May, so I’m looking for someone to occupy the available room from then! Ideally, I’d love to live with someone who’s open and fun to get along with. I love to cook and wouldn’t mind cooking with/for someone else.

The flat is in a great central location with a beautiful view over the river and you can see Arran on clear days. Aldi is right around the corner (2-minute walk), it’s a 15-20 minute walk to UWS and around 10 minutes to the beach.
We’re on the first floor and it’s very spacious and light. The bathroom is newly renovated and the kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and a microwave. The available room is bright and spacious and has a along a build-in closet!

Apart from that, there’s an extra small room that is being used for storage, and there’s enough space downstairs to potentially leave a bike. There’s free parking right outside the flat.

Gas and electricity are pay as you go. In the past, we’ve spent around £40 per month (depending on the season) on those things.
