Living room :)

I am looking for a genuine, friendly and motivated individual to rent my spareroom. Access to the full house is available which is modern, comfortable and relaxing :) all bills are paid for excluding food. I'm a hard-working, motivated and friendly person with the potential of being a good friend as well as being a landlord/flatmate :)

Spareroom has been recently decorated and is massive (15ft x 10ft)
with double bed and sliding glass door wardrobe which is 9ft x 7ft.

Approximately 1min walk to the nearest bus stop, which takes you into Irvine town center which is also 5mins away from the property using transport. Irvines harbourside is also 10mins from the property by car!

My property is within a small radius which grants access to the following roads - A78 (Greenock-Prestwick), A71 (Irvine-Kilmarnock) and further ahead to the A77 Kilmarnock-Glasgow through to Edinburgh), the A737 (from beith to Glasgow International Airport and the M8)

From property by car to the following destinations:

Prestwick/Ayr - 15-20mins

Glasgow International airport/Glasgow City center 30-40mins

Largs - 25mins
