It's a quiet sunny room located at back of house. Simply furnished with sml double. Can bring own bed if you want a bigger version. A good size house which allows ample space. The room is located next to the bathroom. Preferably looking for mature person as one occupant is a 63 year old female who wouldn't be compatible with party people.
The house is located across from station, so provides good connections for commuters as Kilwinning is an interchange station for North Ayrshire. Great train links to Glasgow (every ten to twenty mins), Ardrossan, Largs and Ayr. Also on a regular bus route (number 11) between Ardrossan, Irvine and Kilmarnock.
The property has had a modern kitchen recently fitted and the lounge has a logburner. We also have two cats who are very friendly.
Proof of employment or study and reference required.
This let is initially for three to four months.
