A newly decorated single furnished room

Hi I am Lesley and I renovate property at present. I do up flats while living in them, then let a room or two before later selling.

I will have finished my spare room by the end of April perhaps sooner. I plan to furnish it with a single bed, chest of drawers and a desk. There is a small built in cupboard for hanging space. It's painted with a relaxing light green and new carpet.

About the area: Monkton is a friendly village just outside the thriving town of Prestwick and beside Prestwick airport. It has a bus service that operates through the village, a post office across the road and a convenience store nearby.

Rest of the flat: New bathroom with shower over bath. Kitchen is newly fitted, small though has what you'd need. Living area will have a dining area next to seating and no TV at present. Fast broadband included.

Outdoors: Large garden shared with a family of three upstairs. Patio area.
Free on-street parking.
