Non smoker, sociable, professional, single lady owner, looking for honest, trustworthy people to share. Currently have a student teacher sharing with me but his contract finishes in June. It has been ideal for him studying as it's a very quiet area. Amazing location but very private as I'm on the beach beside St Nicholas Golf Club and the Sailing Club. Lovely gardens back and front, executive bathroom with 4 person jacuzzi bath, twin wash basins, overhead electric shower or bath shower. Own fridge/freezer if required. I have a cat who's very shy.
