The house is a semi detach property, in a nice quite area. Down stairs is open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, and a double bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a Large family bathroom and two bedrooms, There is a cat in the house so new roommate needs to be able to tolerate cats. The room is rented only on a furnished basis. the room contains a double bed, built in wardrobe, bed side cabinets and a set of drawers a tv and dvd player, and a computer desk. There is also a unit full of dvds upstairs that is available to use anytime. You would have Full use of kitchen and dining room and living room, the dining room has patio doors which lead out onto a decked sitting area. The house has a basic sky tv package in the livingroom and unlimited wifi is included incase you wish to work from home as is all the utility bills. The room is ideal for a monday to Friday worker and away home for the weekend, if you had to work the odd weekend that would be fine I am flexible. I would prefer a monday to Friday housemate but not essential, I am only five minutes by car to the spirit and bae systems factories in prestwick also handy for Ryan air, prestwick airport also glaxo smithkline plant and the paper mill in irvine is ten minutes. hunterston power station is about 35 minutes away by car and crosshouse hospital is ten minutes away by car. Ideal for a contract worker. There is a Large driveway for your use. Please note there is no smoking aloud in the house or outside. The rent is 400 a month or 100 a week which ever you prefer.
