The shared facilities on the ground floor include a lounge, dining room, kitchen, shower room and utility room. All bedrooms are upstairs and come complete with bed linen and towels. There are garden areas to both the front and rear of the house. As this property is not on a bus route your own transport would be essential. There is private, off road parking.. All bills are included - electricity, council tax and broadband. Buckie is the nearest town for shopping where there is a Tesco, Co-op and Lidl as well as a range of other shops. Within easy travelling distance to Keith, Elgin, Macduff and Banff it would make a perfect base whilst working away from home. Families are also very welcome. Single room occupancy is £120 per week, however couples will be charged £150 per week.
