Looking to share a house

Looking for someone professional, responsible and tidy, to share the house which is in perfect location in town centre near Lidl, Tesco Express and Bedford River.

House available as soon as you pass reference.
Am planning to stay minimum 1 year here but we see. If you want to stay longer, it will be up to you and landlord.

I don't got a TV licence or broadband but am gladly to hot-spot you whenever am at home.

There is off street parking around the house which I already have a book of parking permits from council, and also you can get a badge after it runs out, for £25 a year. Another option is a parking spot outside the house for extra £100pm, which you pay separately to the landlord(check last pic).

I got a medium size dog(Chow chow) , that is calm, friendly and trained to do her toilet only when I take her to the park and the dog stays only downstairs. Dont worry about my dog, it's my responsibility.

I work in a Casino at least 5 days a week , so expect a quiet house, respecting your personal space, without any noise or drama or bringing people over. Am an easy going person, I don't drink or smoke,
very open minded, i like socializing, but also enjoy having my own space as am dealing daily with people because of my work.
