Contracts are initially for a period of six months, but may be extended by mutual agreement. Two references (typically one from your current landlord and one from your current employer), and a deposit of one month's rent, are required prior to signing of contracts.

The cost of the electricity consumed in the room is extra, and is collected via a coin meter, which accepts £1 coins. If you operate a TV you will need your own TV licence. If you choose to have the landline connected, you will need to pay your own telephone bills.

This room is suitable for single or double occupancy. It is not suitable for families with children, or for pets.
