Small Double w/ Parking space

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a flatmate to share the living costs but also some time together. Either a male or a female!
Looking for young professionals, but mature students are also welcome. The flat is completely furnished you don't have to buy any extra spoons, only stuff for your personal use. It's a very cozy apartment with large living and you will share it only with me.
Gas heating across the entire flat, modern kitchen with all appliances - missing only dishwasher, but I do have a washer/drier which is quite convenient in winter.
All safety checks up to date, water meter changed recently, smart meter for electricity, good broadband etc.
I quite enjoy going out (not too much partying anymore... ), traveling, and outdoor activities. If you like beer you probably moving into the right house.
You are more than welcome to bring over your girlfriend/ boyfriend, just don't want someone's partner half living in the house.
Life is not just about hanging out... the ideal flatmate will also be tidy, somewhat organized, and respectful.
Your room is small and limited storage space inside the room, which is compensated by a large cupboard-wardrobe in the corridor, so don't worry you have where to store your stuff.

It's an 8-min walk max to the train station, very easy if you're a commuter.
The price includes bills, but is an estimated average, could be £ 440 - £ 470.
