I'm a working professional, and seek a housemate who is a professional or masters/mature student. I am often away for work so there are times when you would have the place to yourself.
There's a shared bathroom, shared kitchen and living room. All bills included and there's Ultra Fast Broadband too. There's an enclosed garden also.
