Bedroom is on ground floor with patio doors into garden. Downstairs toilet right next door to bedroom with upstairs shower/bathroom.

Bedroom is freshly decorated and currently equipped with a cofy sofabed but previously had a single bed behind sofa if prefer separate bed.

Storage/clothes rail can be added as required.

TV with firestick access to various apps including Prime and Netflix.
Wifi inc.

My 2 children are both in school (when not in lockdown) and go to their fathers every other weekend. They come with the usual noise of family life but are in bed by 8pm.

My previous tenant was a full-time student who has been here for 3 years and is like a member of our family so happy to consider another full time student.

Would prefer Mon-Fri but happy to consider 7 day week for the right person.
