Monday-Friday let in village location

Please note this is a monday to friday rental. No couples or pets.

Double room, furnished with bed, drawers, large built in wardrobe, freeview tv/DVD player and shelving unit. Bedding is provided and changed once a week as well as cleaning and vacuuming.
Bathroom has bath and electric shower, plug for shaver/toothbrush.
Lounge has sky TV and wifi,
Kitchen is well equipped, storage space will be provided along with space in the fridge/freezer,
Garden with patio area and seating, smoking is allowed but only outside. Parking is roadside but with parking bays.
The village itself is quite new with shops, takeaway and pharmacy within walking distance, it is situated to the west of Bedford and has good. links to Milton Keynes and Northampton. There are some nice country walks along the river. A village hall where there is always something of interest going on ie. Yoga, book clubs, popup pub with a monthly quiz. There is a very good bus service to the train station and town, which is well within walking/cycling distance. There is a country park which is great for joggers and cyclists. There is also a cycle path which runs into Bedford going past the hospital and county hall.
I work full time and I'm and I'm an early riser.

Deposit required, reference required, short term let's are fine. I also ask that a viewing is a must before occupancy.
