Hi, just a bit more information.

The house is walking distance to Bedford town centre (depending on how fast you walk, it can take just 8 minutes), also very close to Tesco (5 minute walk) and other amenities such as take-away, restaurants, petrol stations, a cinema and gym. Easy access to A600 and M1.

There are 2 females who are easy going, friendly professionals in full time work, our house is quite and friendly. There is an area to smoke outside under shelter, where bikes can be kept too.

The room is a furnished double room and will share the main bathroom with one other person. We have internet, sky tv, tumble dryer and on road parking (always spaces available).
We are looking for a female housemate, that is professional, clean, polite and considerate, mainly an all round friendly person to fit in. A cleaner is provided at an additional cost which is mandatory.
