I am renting my refurbished double en-suite room in my lovely Victorian house. There is room for your own lounge area as shown in photos with sofa, or can be used as home working space. There is a large garden to make the most of, and you are welcome to share the kitchen and washing facilities. We are about 30 seconds away from the train station (30 mins or so into Kings cross). Am looking for a professional, mature house mate.
We are friendly and laid back, and would love to have a guest who can enjoy the space as much as we do.
The room is intended to be fully furnished and without any hassle for you for but if you have particular requests then let met know and we can try to accommodate.
