Lovely double room in new build townhouse

Generous double bedroom available to rent in 4 bed new build house on Kings Reach estate in Biggleswade. All bills included. I have a garage with drive and there is also ample street parking and a garden. The house is a townhouse, so I will sleep in a bedroom on the top floor which has an ensuite shower room which I will be using and the double room is on the middle floor with bathroom next door to it.

I have a sixth month old baby, so you must be ok with babies. The bathroom will be shared with the baby, so cannot offer you sole use of it unfortunately.

I am a maths tutor, so usually work evenings and weekends, although not at the moment in lockdown!

I hope to live with someone who is cheerful and clean and tidy. Priority would be given to someone with a DBS certificate. I would also consider Mon-Fri lets. I have a pet cat called Fred, who is very friendly, so you must love cats too.
