Double room available for rent in a 3 bedroom cottage in Biggleswade, 0.6 miles from the train station and town centre.

I own the house And it has been completely refurbished throughout and has a new fitted kitchen and bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle.

The room available has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The kitchen has all appliances. The house comes with wifi and Netflix.

I'm looking for someone clean and tidy, (female preferred) I want them to feel at home in the whole house and use the lounge and dining room as they wish. You can add additional furniture to the bedroom if you'd like.

There's a nice garden with the house with outside seating, perfect for summer bbq's. There is plenty of street parking, no permit needed.

I work in hospitality so my shifts and days off can be varied. I like festivals and nights out, chilling in the garden or in front of the tv with some nice food. It would be nice for us to hang out together sometimes, I don't want you to feel confined to your room. As long as you're chilled, tidy and respectful we'll get on just fine 😀

I have two cats so am looking for someone who's okay with that.
