This is a 3 bedroomed flat in the centre of the village. It is ideally located immediately opposite one of the two main supermarkets and a minute away from the bus stops to the campus, Milton Keynes or Bedford. The village pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance of the property.
The flat is situated above the local accountancy office and has two entrances; a front door on the High Street side and a rear entrance, leading through a secure courtyard where bikes may be stored.
The communal areas in the flat are the large kitchen/dining room and the large bathroom. Tenants are responsible for all consumables- food, toilet paper, cleaning products. The rental payment covers all bills ( electricity, gas, water) plus internet.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and eating utensils. There is plenty of cupboard space and an extendable table with chairs for shared suppers. The kitchen is provided with an electric oven/hob, a washing machine, a dishwasher, two fridge freezers as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle.
