Building is a new built, the flat is on 2nd floor in a quiet location in Dunstable near public transportation (in front of the estate) and shops. There is a parking available behind the building. The tenant will basically have the flat for themselves as I travel for business a lot and will visit monthly on the weekends only. There is aldo a large sofa in the living room convertavle into double bed. The rent includes fixed utilities (internet, service charge, council tax band B).
