A maximum of two lodgers share their own modern kitchen, own private garden, both solely for their use, in a large detached and quiet house in a peaceful, respectable area. Rooms are fully furnished, including double bed with storage and wardrobe. A lockable, tall front gate and hedge ensure privacy and security. Stunning modern kitchen for lodgers' use only - with granite worktops and dining area complete with cooker, kettle & microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Lounge shared with owners. There is a nice secluded private garden area (smoking permitted) for lodger's sole use, and ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Weekly cleaner by arrangement for shared areas. Space in the garage for long term storage if needed and free off road parking may be available (for one vehicle only). Near to local amenities (walking distance to a local Morrisons) and 5 minutes walk from Porz Ave and Woodside Business Parks.
