Hi. I have a furnished double room to let in my 3 bedroom semi detached house. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre with access to main bus routes.
My daughter and her partner currently live with me and his 12 year old daughter stays over every other weekend. I spend most evenings and nights at my partner’s house and so the house is quiet most of the time.
I am looking for a pleasant, non smoking female who is easy going and will fit in, in a friendly household. We are clean and tidy and would expect the same of any lodgers.
The bedroom is furnished and comes with ample storage space. Use of the kitchen, dining room, living room & bathroom is all included. Use of the large rear garden, decking area and patio is included too.
