Large Double room with en-suite in Henlow village.

The room is large enough to be used as a living space as well as a bedroom. It has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, armchair and a storage cupboard. The room also has an en-suite with a shower.

The house itself is located in the village of Henlow, and is around a 15min walk to Arlesey train station. There is parking for two cars and on-road parking available, as well as a small garden which you are welcome to use, along with fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen will have your own fridge space and cupboard, as well as use of all appliances. This along with the living room will be shared with myself and my girlfriend, we are both 22 and work full time.

All bills are included in the monthly price, and the room is single occupancy only. I would like 1 months rent up front along with the deposit. If you have references available that would also be ideal. The room is available from the beginning of August. Please let me know if you would be interested and we can arrange a viewing!
