Get here quickly this one wont last long :)

Large furnished double room with its own large bathroom available now !!!! Looking for a mature Male or female i have a large double room with its own large bathroom and small kitchenette more than adequate to prepare meals, it is a fantastic place to live , situated in a friendly village, references and identification will be required and checked , and you must have a full time job ; no working from homers wanted , i would prefer a single person as i am renting to one person ; and don't wish to suddenly find myself living with two , rent to be paid for a calendar month in advance , it does include all normal bills but it does not include any excessive bills, (if you use 3 blow heaters or fans 24 hours a day with six bubble baths ) lol , I have no problem with short stays, no less than one calendar month though, I don't do weekly stays but I would consider to the right person , the house is just minutes from a direct a London/Peterborough train station with an approx 38 minute commute to kings cross , the room is fully furnished if required, with a small kitchenette inside with a fridge a freezer ,microwave , small cooker etc, and it comes with your own large bathroom , it is a lower floor room on its own level so disabled access would be available, and it is pretty much self contained area , so we would only bump into each other in the entrance way ,there is also an adjacent room if any storage is needed and unless its three truckloads comes at no extra cost, an easy going type of person is an absoloute must :) , this a very tranquil home in a tranquil setting , and I wish to keep it that way , I am employed full time and am very easy going :-) .its going to be advertised for a couple of weeks , so if your interested please phone to make an appointment for a viewing . Also to save any body including me wasting time, i have no problem doing a whattsapp video walk through so you can see if its for you before seeing it in real life ,
It is available now , and it has been redecorated and has a new carpet , the village location boasts three pubs with one also being a decent family restaurant, there is a local shop and post office yards away , and the room has a really nice aspect looking over the cricket grounds right outside the window , there are numerous country walks in the area rivers lakes and farms if that is your thing , and as stated the train station is a 10-15 minute walk away through some very nice country scenery and just past champneys health spa , there is also a bus stop almost right outside with a direct bedford or hitchin line any questions please message me and I will reply to any queries ..
