Double room to rent (Houghton Regis)

I have a double room for single occupancy. There is a toilet & basin upstairs opposite the room and shared bathroom (with one person), kitchen to use and living room access. Just one other person living in the house (live in landlord). Wardrobes and storage in the room and the room door has a lock.

The house is in a quite road (cul-de-sac) .There is Wi-Fi, washing machine, cooker, microwave, own space in fridge/freezer. There is a good size garden, parking on the drive as well as the road.

I am open to short stays, week days only or weekends only also. If not staying 7 days a week it will be a reduced monthly cost.

'Available from date' can be flexible. Bills included (council tax, broadband, gas etc.)

If you don't want to hoover your room etc. there will be a biweekly cleaning charge of £15. I've had to add this due to a previous lodger not cleaning their room or communal areas used/kitchen and bathroom during their tenancy.

Location:
* 10mins drive to Luton and Dunstable (L and D) hospital.
* Close to Houghton Regis industrial estate/Amazon
* Many bus routes/stops within a few mins walk (e. g. bus to Luton/train station)
* Few mins drive to J11a of M1
* 10min walk to brand new leisure centre/gym

- NON SMOKER only please
- Professionals not working from home please (unless only one day a week/not regularly)
- I have a cat. who is very friendly. She mainly stays in one room/out during the day.
- Live in landlord.
