I am looking for a house lodger to rent my double bedroom in Leighton buzzard, The room consists of double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is on street parking. I have a back garden and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. All house and rooms are recently decorated. Kitchen refurbished with new appliances and a shared living/dining room. Downstairs toilet also.
Bus stop within 100 yards, and walkable distance to Leighton buzzard town and station ( approximately 30 minutes walk to station)
Current occupants are myself and 1 other female, both full time workers who both have our own interests but enjoy chilling out occasionally too. We are looking for someone who feels they would fit well into that set up. We also have one house cat.
