Large double room, ensuite and own living room

Your own living room

Large double furnished room with ensuite and use of own private living room (with TV). I only need to access the room to go in and out of the house. Shared kitchen and private secure parking and feel free to use the lovely garden. Lots of space and will feel really homely.

The house is a three story new town house. I only use the upper two stories of the house, apart from coming in and out.

You will need to like pets. Two friendly little dogs and an old talkative cat. They are no bother, and as long as you are friendly they will soon get used to you (see kitchen picture). The house is on a nice new quiet estate and in a relaxed household. Looking for a professional lodger, preferably not a shift worker.

Mon to Friday let only (arrive no earlier than Monday morning leave Friday evening).

Extras to make it extra easy include:
Bedding can be supplied and washed, inc towels.
The bills and cleaning are all included.
Wifi and broadband

My wife works away and rents a room so only comes back at the weekend.

The house is only 5 mins from the bus stop that goes straight to the station (10mins). Great service to Euston (35mins) and 10 mins to Milton Keynes. Or cycle to the station in 15 mins max. Really easy access to M1/A5 (10mins away)
