We have two newly refurbished rooms available now in our shared house in Meadow Way, Leighton Buzzard.

Both of the rooms are tastefully decorated, with brand new carpets. The rooms come fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a wardrobe/cupboard.

The rooms all have plenty of plug sockets for comfortable modern living and each room also has a TV port.

All rooms have locks on the doors and the house is fitted with fire doors, smoke alarms, and emergency to give you privacy, security and peace of mind whilst living in our house.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a grill, hobs, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. There are two fridge freezers with allocated space for each room and each room has an allocated cupboard, ensuring that you always have space to store your food. We provide pans, crockery and cutlery so you can move in and cook your favourite meals straight away.

We also have a washer dryer so you are always able to get your clothes dry, even in winter.

The garden (which is managed by a gardener) gives a perfect place to sit and relax on the long summer evenings. The garden also has a washing line so clothes can be dried outside if the weather is good.

There is a newly refurbished shared shower room, which is shared by three people as two of the rooms have an ensuite.

Your rent will include bills such as council tax, utilities, TV licence and superfast broadband.

We are looking for someone friendly who is over the age of 21 and is in employment to join our current tenants in their home,
