Available is a light front bedroom, Which contains double bed, with new mattress & new carpet. There is also a double walldrobe, 2 bedside cabinets , large chest draws & tall mirror.

The bathroom is downstairs, which contains over bath electric shower, toilet & sink, with heated towel rail. There is also a upstairs toilet.
You will be sharing with owner female & male lodger. No home workers or smokers.
I have a large lounge/ dinner. Kitchen is a bit old fashioned. It contains fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster & kettle. I also have a utility room with washer & dryer.
You should be ok with animals as I have one cat.
The house is about 10 min walk into town centre. Which has most banks, two super markets & plenty places to eat. Other side of town is the train station which is 20min walk & will get you in London Euston on fast train in 35 min.
My house is easy access to A5 which can get you to Milton Keynes, Dunstable or Luton.
Looking for professional who will respect my property & is like myself easy to get on with, clean & tidy. The room is single occupancy only.
