--- About the House ---
The house is located in Leighton Buzzard, a 15 minute walk from the town centre and 30 minutes from the station. Its a 3 bed semi-detached house with front and rear garden. The shared spaces are the lounge, dining room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, gardens and the spare bedroom. There is on-road parking at the back of the house.

--- About the Room ---
The room comes furnished with a bed (with storage), cupboard, chest of drawers and a bedside table. It is available immediately, with a 1 month rolling rental agreement. I will ask tenant to pay a quarter of the water and energy bills for the house - currently this works out at £12.50 a month.

--- About Me ---
I'm 27, sociable, easy going and sporty. I like exploring outdoors, playing sport, tasting new craft beer, tinkering with cars/bikes, and more. I'm keen to find a housemate with similar interests and is up for a beer/film/playstation/sport/etc in the evenings/weekends. I have recently moved out of rented accommodation and am used to house sharing. I am university educated and am a professional mechanical engineer, working from home.
