We have a bright large single room for rent. The room is unfurnished and has a small built-in wardrobe (see pictures).

The flat has a shared kitchen and everybody has their own applicants. Space will be provided for you. In the kitchen, there is a dining area with a large TV.
We have only one bathroom at the moment.
The house is not busy.
There is a designated smoking area in the garden. A closed car park is provided for one car if needed.
The flat is right in the centre, so shops and buses are at the doorstep. However, the house is quiet.

The housemates are friendly and outgoing. We like to keep the flat tidy and clean! We respect everybody's private area.
We are Hungarians, but any nationalities are welcome.
