The room available is a nice double size and comes fully furnished but changes can be made if required.
The house is located in a nice part of Leagrave that is close to a variety of shops and Leagrave station for an easy commute (roughly 15 mins walk).
The house is currently occupied by myself and one other female Tennant who is fantastic. Friendly, clean and generally lovely.
The house consists of a new bathroom and kitchen with a lovely shared lounge area. There is a pretty garden and a greenhouse area for sitting in during the summer. This would also act as the smoking area as there is no smoking inside the house. Finally the house has a garage and long off road driveway so parking is no problem.
Please note that whilst this will still be my home I travel a lot for work so won’t be around much.
Security deposit of one months rent will be required .
