This is a fantastic, spacious and cosy and rarely available big house in Luton’s High Town area. The house is occupied by some amazing tenants who are friendly and been at the house for over two years.
The house is close to local parks, is 10 minutes from the Luton’s mainline Train station, 12 minutes from the town centre and benefits from lovely quite roads, shops and excellent community spirit.

The house is home to two working students male and female and due to contracts ending dates and the house being on the market to be sold we are offering short term let’s to people who wish to stay for short term let’s.

I now have two rooms available for this purpose. The downstairs room is bright, airy and is very quiet as it sits at the front of the house and contains some great features including study desk and comfy bed. The second double room is on first floor and faces the rear of the house.

It’s worth noting that all rooms are fully equipped with wireless Broad band, nice outside views to the front and rear of the house. The common areas include a flat screen TV, sofas and space to relax in the communal areas. I now seeking a student or professional to share this house which is ready for the right person to move in.

All rooms have insurance standards locks and safety doors and has been kept very clean at all times. The house has a really nice garden for chilling out. In addition the house has a massive fully equipped fitted kitchen (to Garden) and living room as communal areas. The room rental price includes all gas heating, electricity and broad band charges. The House is nested amongst Luton’s Wardown and Peoples park and benefits from excellent community spirit, facilities, local shops and transport links to London and the north of the country.
