Double Room in Cosy Flat with Private Bathroom

Hiya!

I have a double room with private bathroom to rent in my cute apartment in Luton.

Only a 5 minute walk into the town centre, a 3 minute drive to the M1, a 10 minute walk to Luton Train Station and an 8-10 min drive to the airport this is an ideal location for someone looking to commute to the airport or into London for work. (Trains from Luton to Kings Cross St Pancras only take 25-35 mins!)

I am a single professional. I am currently working from home on a part-time basis.

The room is a double room and has a spacious cupboard and chest of drawers and of course a double bed. New bedding sheets, pillows and a duvet have been provided; however, if you want to bring your own then that's not a problem!

The room has just had a makeover to make it a bit more cosy and modern with soft furnishings so everything is new.

You will have access to your own private modern clean bathroom, which has a bath tub, a hand held shower, toilet & sink with a fully functional heated towel rack.

The shared areas consist of an open plan living, dining & kitchen area. There is also some balcony space.

There is secure allocated parking.

There is also parking on the road outside. The sign says:

P Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 2 hours. But I guess outside of these hours you could park for however long is necessary.

WiFi and all bills are included in the monthly rental cost.

A cleaner comes bi-weekly & will clean all areas of the apartment.

I am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person please.

I am happy to be sociable or if the person wants to keep to themselves.

I have recently welcomed my home to a new pedigree kitten called Aria & she is a home cat so you must be a cat person :)

There is only a small deposit of £100 to secure the room which will be fully refundable upon your departure.

I would also consider a MON-FRI let, or, SUN-FRI if that suits the person better for £500 a month.

A contract between myself and the lodger will be drawn up to be signed accordingly.
