Spacious furnished double bedroom available for £600 per month from 1st March. I also have a open plan double room available from 1st Feb. Female only household with access to shared communal amenities includes living area, kitchen, bathroom, wc, garden. Conveniently located within 10-15mins walk of leagrave train station, near jct 11 of the m1 and bus stop 2mins walk away (easy access into town, university of bedfordshire, L&D hospital etc). Within walking distance are a number of shops, supermarkets & a park.
We’re working professionals who enjoy socialising but equally respect each others space.
We have a cosy, clean, quiet home with a lovely landscaped garden. We’re looking for a compatible professional/student female housemate to join our home and would want someone who does not drink alcohol or consume pig/pork related meats in the home and who is a non smoker however if you do smoke then aslong as you go into the garden its no problem.
