En suite room in large home with a family feel!

Hi there, we are three working professionals with one double room in a gorgeous house located in a quiet residential area.

It's around 5-10 minute drive to the train station (22 minute walk), with a 30 minute train into St Pancras and the M1 is less than 5 minutes away, it's also very close to the airport.

The house itself is huge. There are 2 living rooms, a study and open plan kitchen and dining room with large garden. There's a large main bathroom and downstairs toilet.

You will be living with three others: two lovely ladies aged 27 and 28 and a guy aged 31. Two of us are doctors working at Luton and Dunstable Hospital and one is a guy.

We’re a sociable crew who all enjoy house meals and watching Bake-Off together.

Ana is 28 and loves shouting at the television. Sharika is 27 and sings while cooking.

The room and the house is all furnished.

The rent is £520 with bills included, which include utilities, internet, council tax and TV license.
