The one remaining available room is the largest non en-suite on the 1st floor with a lovely view overlooking the front of the house. It includes a double bed, a desk and an office chair, a good-sized wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. All furniture is as new.
There are plenty of sockets including an ethernet port, a TV socket, and USB charging points in some of the sockets.

The bathroom is a fully-tiled room, with a step-in curved shower, a toilet, a sink, a large mirror, and a trickle fan to stop condensation.

The house has a spacious, hallway and a large combined kitchen and living room with all amenities:
